We plan inspiring, educational and instructive events for members who want to work while socializing and socialize while working. In short, “we help you grow your business and your heart”.
We offer not only a productive and efficient physical workspace but also a strong, inclusive community with additional perks like educational activities, which strengthen the advantage of working from a collaborative workspace. We invest in people’s souls in addition to helping grow their businesses.

Today, the world average of co-working offices is around 2-3%. We foresee that this margin will reach around 15-20%, which pictures a high growth potential of the market.
In 5 years, we aim to reach 14 locations and 17,000 members in Turkey. We also have plans to expand to the regional countries and open 6 locations, which corresponds to 7,800 members abroad.
We target both B2B and B2C businesses, which includes freelancers, startups, investors, mentors, and corporates. We aim to diversify our community as much as we can because we believe that all these forces help each other grow in this living ecosystem. Currently, we have successful national startups such as Sinemia, Iyzico, Zekai; investors and VCs such as 500Startups, BIC, RevoCapital as well as global corporate brands such as Accenture and Yandex in our community.

There is an upcoming trend that foresees the shared economy market to reach $335M worldwide. The leading influencing factor in this trend to expand globally in such a short time is its sustainability because it’s agile, flexible, and mobile. The co-working spaces, as a part of this growing market, is estimated to triple by the end of 2018.  Istanbul can be seen as a key location for this trend for Turkey and the region. There is nearly 11M m2 A/B style workspace in Istanbul, 50% located in central neighborhoods. Of this 50%, 15% is estimated to become co-working spaces in 10-15 years.
